“I
have concluded that it is my moral responsibility to provide health
care to all those who seek my services, but I also feel it is my
ethical compulsion to see that they respect and adhere to a healthy
lifestyle. Can I refuse care to someone who so obviously doesn’t
care about their own health? No, absolutely not! But I do
feel it is my moral duty to educate a person about healthy choices and
give them an honest appraisal of how their choices impact their
health. And until the individual takes responsibility for their
lifestyle, health care delivery will be fractured.”

Medical Deity! I want to be your partner in the journey to
healthy living. Together we can work towards healthy lifestyle
choices for both you and your family. That is the reason for this
website and my three books. Here you can find advice on hormones,
nutrition, exercise, general health issues and life in general.
Check out the Books section to find out everything menopause
and how to lose weight and get fit. My biography page allows me to share some personal
information (yes, docs do have a life outside of the clinic!).
For real fun go to my Blog and
keep up with my thoughts, musings, and occasional rambling diatribes on
